HUMOUR | Aging & Diets
2. Ate salad for
dinner…Mostly croutons & tomatoes ... Really just one big, round crouton
covered with tomato sauce ... And cheese.. FINE, it was a pizza... I ate a
pizza.
3. How to prepare Tofu: 1. Throw it in the
trash. 2. Grill some
Meat.
4. I just did a
week's worth of cardio after walking into a spider web.
5. I don't mean to
brag but … I finished my 14-day diet food in 3 hours and
20 minutes.
6. A recent study
has found women who carry a little extra weight live longer than men who mention it.
7. Kids today
don't know how easy they have it ... when I was young, I had to walk 9 feet
through shag carpet to change the TV channel.
8. Senility has been
a smooth transition for me.
9. Remember back
when we were kids and every time it was below zero out they closed school?
Me neither.
10. Senility has been a smooth transition for me.
11. I love being
over 70 … I learn something new every day … and forget 5 others.
12. A thief broke
into my house last night … He started searching for money … so I woke up and
searched with him.
13. My dentist
told me I need a Crown … I said, “You bet, pour mine over rocks”.

SCRIBBLES VIDEO | Holiday Recap
It's hard to really explain it, but there's a very unique feeling I always get whenever I have completed a new Scribbles video. It's extremely euphoric, especially when the finished product features lots of photos and video clips of my friends. This annual Holiday Recap is a perfect example.
There's plenty of photos in this video and they go by fast, so you might want to watch it several times. This way you may also become familiar with the instrumental song "Mystic Ways", which provides the choreography and was created by me.
Yes, this time around both the video's concept and the background music were my concoctions.
WOW! This brings the euphoria to a whole new level!
THE MORE TIMES YOU WATCH THIS VIDEO -THE MORE THINGS YOU SEE!
ENCORE OF OUR OTHER HOLIDAY VIDEO:
SCRIBBLES VIDEO | Becky's Winter Wonderland
Our pal Becky has always enjoyed decorating for the holidays and now that she has a new very spacious home in the country, that enjoyment has doubled in size.
I visited with Becky this past week and helped her decorate her 9 foot Christmas tree, while Becky, her boyfriend Dan and her friend Lianne had already decked the halls, walls and areas both in and outside the house earlier on. Dog buddies Preston, Angel and Ram (who is visiting for a while) didn't help decorate but did offer to supervise, even when their help wasn't necessarily required.
It looks so great, I joked that she should charge admission and offer tours. Here's a peek at Becky's Winter Wonderland.

KIDS | Kitty Loves Her Visitor
Miss Kitty (and her jealous dog brother Timmi) enjoy playing with my nephew Graham, who is having a sleepover at our place tonight.
Graham brought more editions of his cool publication Nighttime Digest for me to read. Would you believe he's made over 70 editions since February?
We're also playing online games, I just have to make sure I don't go over my data limit ....LOL!
We won't be venturing outside to record a new episode of 'The Real Pussycats of St. Patrick Street' this time around because it is freezing cold out there and even the feral cats have taken shelter - including the infamous "Black & White Cat" who we're happy to report now stays indoors in the neighbour's enclosed back porch. MEOW!

IN MEMORIAM | Angus
We send heartfelt condolences to our friends Jocelyn, Kelly & Brian on the recent passing of their furry friend Angus on Dec. 29, 2017.
There's really no words to describe the feeling of having to say goodbye to a beloved pet, something sadly many Scribbles friends have experienced.
What can be said is that Angus was a lucky dog who was a great companion to those who loved him and gave them many fond memories to treasure forever.
