A New Year of Scribbles Fun!

Another year is in the rearview mirror with a new one on the horizon. What lies ahead has yet to be written, but many signs point towards it becoming pretty messed up, come Jan. 20th. 

As I reflect upon my highs and lows of 2024, I am reminded to be kind to myself.  The big scary world isn’t quite as bad when I concentrate on what I CAN and CANNOT do. Me stressing out over what terrible things the U.S.’s next president will do, won’t stop it from happening. Worrying about Canada’s political battlefield won’t make it go away. Losing sleep over what my future holds, doesn’t prevent it from occurring.

I will enter the new year with a positive attitude. I will continue to do my part in providing a happy place for my family and friends to visit to escape their woes for a while. I will keep making Mr. Sock videos, as that gives me such tremendous pleasure and many of you really love following his hijinks.  It’s very therapeutic.

On behalf of myself, Mr. Sock, Klyde and Officer Leavoy, “we” wish each and every one of you a bright and prosperous 2025.  Watch for more Scribbles fun in the weeks to come.
