~ 2 cups of shredded mozzarella
~ 2 tbsp cream cheese
~ 3/4 cup almond flour
Melt cheeses in microwave, add to
flour and mix until turns into dough ball.
Add a bit of oregano, thyme and
garlic powder to flour.
Roll out between 2 sheets of
parchment paper to 12" round.
Prick with fork and bake at 425
for 6-8 min or until starting to get golden.
Remove from oven cool slightly. Reduce oven to 350.
Top pizza as desired and bake
until cheese melts 5-8 min.
Cool slightly before cutting.
