MUSIC VIDEO | She's Got You - Patsy Cline
This song ALWAYS gives me goosebumps. That hauntingly pure voice. Those lyrics. The deliverance, Patsy Cline left us far too soon and her music is as poignant now as it was decades ago.

COAST Offers Mental Health Support in Niagara
When someone is feeling alone, maybe considering suicide, wants to reach out and connect with another human being, it is important to provide services to meet their needs.
This means more than just emergency departments.
In Niagara, our comprehensive and coordinated crisis response system incorporates mobile teams, safe beds and direct links to mental health and addictions services in our community.
COAST is a mobile crisis outreach and intervention service that offers immediate telephone counselling and on-site crisis outreach intervention as needed. It operates seven days a week, 24-hours a day for individuals 16 years and older experiencing a mental health crisis. Information is collected over the phone by a qualified health professional. If needed, the mobile team will assess the person in crisis in their community. Ongoing telephone support and/or referral to appropriate follow up services may be recommended to prevent further crisis. COAST is not a rapid-response service. For life-threatening emergencies call 9-1-1. Call COAST 24/7 at 1-866-550-5205.

Under Self-Imposed Pressure
Sometimes I think I'm not giving my Scribbles friends enough new posts to enjoy. Then I stop and scroll from most recent posts to slightly older, on my actual Scribbles.co site and on Scribbles Facebook page and I see that I have been pretty consistent, with new videos, contests, posts and lots of everyone's favourite (well....ALMOST everyone...LOL) Mr. Sock.
I think the reason I sometimes think I haven't done much stems from the fact that I ALWAYS seem to have a head full of ideas for posts and videos and when I don't get to all of them right away it feels like I'm behind schedule.
Of course the only one who knows all the stuff I intend to create is me. No one ever in the 47 years of Scribbles, has gotten upset or impatient because they had to wait a bit for new Scribbles content.
What is it "they" say... "We are our own worst critic". Guilty as charged.
