The Ghosts of Halloween's Past
Halloween is one of Scribbles top holidays of the year. Why? Well we love the candy, LOL but we also enjoy seeing how people decorate their homes and all those clever costumes...oh momma!
We love your costume pix. In fact we love them so much, we're once again sharing a look at some of our favourite costumes from past Halloweens. Not only is it cool to see these costumes again, it also gives us a chance to see how many of our younger Scribbles pals have grown over the years. Now that indeed is a treat!

Amazing Uses for Cucumbers
ENCORE POST1. Cucumbers contain most of the vitamins you need every day, just one cucumber contains Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc.
2. Feeling tired in the afternoon, put down the caffeinated soda and pick up a cucumber. Cucumbers are a good source of B Vitamins and Carbohydrates that can provide that quick pick-me-up that can last for hours.
3. Tired of your bathroom mirror fogging up after a shower? Try rubbing a cucumber slice along the mirror, it will eliminate the fog and provide a soothing, spa-like fragrance.
4. Are grubs and slugs ruining your planting beds? Place a few slices in a small pie tin and your garden will be free of pests all season long. The chemicals in the cucumber react with the aluminum to give off a scent undetectable to humans but drive garden pests crazy and make them flee the area.

SCRIBBLES VIDEO | Remembering Patches
I mean what 2 year old cat gets adopted and then immediately responds to their new "mom" telling her to jump up on her lap. I've seen cats take weeks just to come out of hiding, so when Patches showed that much love and obedience from the get go, it was a good sign of things to come.

scribbles VIDEO | Campground Gratification
I spent Labour Day weekend at N.E.T. Camp Resort in Pelham with my best bud Doug, his sweet dogs Lily & Bella and Mr. Sock.
Four day and three nights of campfires, refreshments, BBQ's, a tour of the grounds via golf cart, lots of chillin' and birds & critters aplenty.
This new video features footage from our visits over the past year. The season and the weather have a HUGE impact on the parts of the campground. We've got exclusive footage of what it looked like when heavy rain and a broken tree branch slowing down the river's flow were happening in July. It's something to see.
