 Well.... isn't THIS embarrassing. [LOL]

Although it's not quite the same as showing up at the Oscars wearing the same designer gown as someone else, our recent birthday girls Emerson Rose, in the Ottawa Valley and Kerri Thomson-Fortier, in Niagara Falls, each ended up on facebook sporting Minnie Mouse's trademark polka dot bow. 

Both girls were celebrating their birthdays with Minnie Mouse themes and we don't care if you're turning 2, like Emerson was, or a little bit older than that, these pix are living proof you are never too old to let your inner Minnie shine.

Emerson Rose is the daughter of my "second cousin" Mandy Dick. I met Kerri Thomson-Fortier when we both worked at Troll Book Clubs, in the same department even (I was her supervisor) Kerri lives in Niagara Falls with her cat, Maggie, who looks very much like my cat JJ.
