We were listening along from Scribbles headquarters, as Country 89 recently hit the airwaves.

The station has already become a new favourite for many Scribbles friends, espeically Carrie and Sandi Mcpaddy. They happy couple won a CD and calendar from the new Country station, which is based in Welland.

Says Carrie and Sandi, ""[We won] just a CD.. Oh, and the calendar LOL... we won it a couple weeks ago, answering the question, "Which baseball team did Garth Brooks briefly play for?" We answered N.Y Mets..and were instantly winners...[we] just didn't get the CD itself until yesterday."

Congrats you guys, we've always thought of you both as winners and now you have a prize to prove it.

Officially, I got to know Sandi and Carrie from Club Rendevouz, where they usually the life of the party and unofficial photographers of the good, the bad and the ugly, associated with the club's numerous parties and fundraisers.
