More than 100 people wear bright yellow toques and warm jackets to walk the streets of Welland during the Coldest Night of the Year, a fundraiser that brought in about $23,000 for Hope House, the homeless shelter run by Hope Centre on Feb. 23rd.

[Timmi and I were outside in order that he could take care of his "business" and we kept encountering large groups of people all wearing bright yellow toques. I wondered to myself, who are these people and what's with those toques.....well now I know!...LOL]
