The Goodbye Girls

After a very successful run, ABC's Desperate Housewives drew to a close appropriately enough on Mother's Day, May 13th and Sunday nights just won't seem the same without them.

While Susan, Gabrielle, Bree and Lynette were the main characters throughout the series, the men of Wisteria Lane also had a lot of muscle on the show. And what muscle it was. It was a cul-de-sac where babes and beefcakes called home, throughout the most sordid of affairs -from murders to adultery, cancer to blackmail and all things in between (and a few that has us scratching our heads in disbelief.)

Here's to the remarkable cast and creators of Desperate Housewives. Others may try to take its place but there will never be a show quite like the adventures we shared on Wisteria Lane for the past 8 years.
