A Genuine Rose Bud

Sandra Burger-Vedder was pleased to send Scribbles this cute photo of her little niece Emily McGuire.  And why not?  Emily won first place for Rose Bud Queen in Welland's annual Rose Festival.

Baby Emily was also featured in the local newspaper The Tribune. We're not sure if she will be driving in this year's Rose Festival Parade on June 23rd, but we'll be watching for her, just in case.
