CLASSIC COSTUMES CONTEST RULES: You must be on Scribbles mailing list or one of Ken's Facebook friends to enter. One vote per person. The costume that receives the most votes will win the title of Favourite Classic Costume. Everyone who enters will have their name entered for our random draw. The winner of that draw will receive $10, a personalized fridge magnet & Scribbles keychain. Contest subject to change without notice.
